 Natalie qualified in 2003 at Brunel University, London and worked in the health service in Basingstoke Hospital treating a wide range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions. She has also worked with local Basingstoke Rugby Club, hockey and football players.
She has corporate experience working within Vodafone HQ and is also trained in Manipulation and Acupuncure for pain relief. Her specialist areas of expertise are sports rehabilitation and treating musculoskeletal conditions such as neck and back pain, general muscle strains and sporting injuries. She prides herself in helping people to achieve high levels of fitness needed for their sporting and working lives.  Helen has always been interested in alternative forms of health care and nutrition; a change of circumstances in 1996 led to her to become involved in healing work. She practised as a hypnotherapist alongside her work as a Mathematics lecturer. Over the years she has added extra techniques and trained in Applied Kinesiology with the John Logue College in 2003. It gave her some wonderful techniques for dealing with many health problems.She has been amazed at how effective both hypnotherapy and kinesiology can be in making quick and powerful changes in peoples’ lives and health.  Hello! I am passionate about helping people rebalance, recover or build their health using homeopathic treatment, to aid recovery from recent injuries or illnesses, rebalance moods, skin and digestion, promote deep sleep and restore natural function.After my business degree, I worked in IT, designing systems and databases to solve business problems. I now listen to my clients describe their health problems and use my database of thousands of remedies and symptoms to determine their most suitable treatment. I was introduced to homeopathy by a yoga teacher. Treatment aided the easy birth of my second child and her later food intolerances. I learned to use a homeopathic first aid kit to treat the family at home and decided to undertake professional training (4 years part-time).
